Mie, a Hawaii real estate agent, offers interior coordination and design services for rental, investment, residential, and commercial properties. Tailored to the needs of her clients in Japan or throughout the United States. Mie's team can handle purchasing and shipping arrangements for the selected interior design items. Our expert interior design services will create a space that not only looks beautiful but also feels functional and comfortable.

Best fit for customers who want to stay within a limited budget! The Idea plan fee is $5 per square footage.
This plan is for customers who want to know what kind of pieces to buy, and where to place furniture. The design mood board is a digital file you can click the link to purchase Mie's selected furniture items.
We will be sending you the placement instruction sheet so you can arrange the furniture yourself!

When the furniture arrives, check out the furniture placement instruction and you can arrange them.
*Furniture that we order on your behalf will be shipped sequentially, however, delivery may be delayed depending on the brand and manufacturer. At times, you may have to wait 3 months or more for pre-order items. We recommend that you ask our service early enough or wait patiently for your ordered items to be arrived.

What is our furniture buying service?
We arrange the purchase and shipping of furniture on your behalf.
We will issue an invoice including the furniture, shipping, interior design, and shipping and purchasing fees.
Once we have received your payment, we will start the purchasing process.
The price of the furniture will be increased from the price stated in the final design proposal,
Without notice, the manufacturer may decrease the furniture price from the price stated in the final design proposal.
If there is a price increase in shipping charges, we will charge you separately,
In the event of a price reduction, we will refund your money.
If a furniture item is out of stock or discontinued,
We will provide you with an equivalent furniture idea in such a case.
Please follow the furniture arrangement instructions
as soon as you receive the furniture.
Please arrange the furniture by yourself according to

Payment Methods Supported
Credit card payment, bank transfer, overseas remittance
(Additional fees will be charged depending on the payment method.
There will be no extra fee for wire transfers to our US bank.
We will charge an extra 5% of the total for credit card payments.
We will charge an extra 10% of the total for a wire transfer to our Japan account.)
